Fantastic food and warm atmosphere!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the staff were exceptionally welcoming and the food was top-notch. The ambience was cozy, and every meal I had was cooked to perfection, especially the haggis at breakfast. My only critique would be that the room, while comfortable, could use a bit more space for luggage.

The charming inn had a cozy atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff, making every meal enjoyable. The homemade dishes were delicious, although the room was a bit cool and the shower noisy. a great experience worth revisiting.

auld cross keys is in a peaceful village, perfect after a day of walking. i loved the drying room for my clothes! the sirloin steak was cooked brilliantly, and the cheese board was a wonderful finish. to top it off, the best haggis i’ve ever had was at breakfast. fantastic dining experience!

The room we had was lovely, with an enormous bed that made for a cozy stay, and their breakfast was delicious and filling. We really enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking in the garden area on bright mornings. Just a heads up, the attic room we booked had a shared bathroom down a steep flight of stairs, but it wasn't a big deal for us. 😊

The stay was pleasant with friendly staff and excellent food, especially the Beef and Ale pie. The room was comfortable and clean, but the ensuite was a bit cramped. The breakfast was quite delightful, though the overall price felt a tad high for one night.

Great spot with awesome food!
I spent a night here and loved it! The room was super comfy, had the best pillows, and even a kettle for a late-night cuppa. The meals were a total highlight—ate the Beef and Ale pie, and wow! Just wish the place wasn’t so far from Kielder’s activities. No complaints otherwise!

Just a great fit for a temporary stay in Jedburgh at good value. Freshly cooked carvery was a highlight for our large party. Consider sharing the big desserts. they’re more than enough for two.
